This is so surreal to think that time has gone by....12 years since the murder! Yes, it took two years to go to trial and during that time he was on house arrest, an unheard of grant for such a heinous crime!

The fact he took her life, and gets to live a day outside jail, means justice failed. This was a brutal, premeditated murder. A seasoned law enforcement hit on a young mother, with a long life ahead of her. I'm just crushed. Kim deserved justice. This evil man put a camera in her house, doing everything in his evil heart to separate her from those kids, and when he saw his opportunity to cry self defense, he murder her in cold blood. This wasn't justice.
